3.5 Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 988wan accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify 988wan support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
4.1 Verification. 988wan may request identity verification documents at any point, including but not limited to a copy of your national identity card (CNIC), passport, or proof of address. Verification may be requested before processing withdrawals, after a significant win, or as part of routine compliance checks. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.
4.2 Account Currency. All 988wan accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are processed and displayed in PKR. No currency conversion is applied to player account balances.
4.3 Inactive Accounts. An account that has not recorded any login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as inactive. 988wan reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to inactive accounts, deducted monthly from the account balance, provided that reasonable prior notice has been given to the account holder via their registered email address. Where an account balance reaches zero, the account may be closed.
4.4 Account Closure by Player. You may request closure of your 988wan account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closing your account, any pending withdrawals will be processed to your registered payment method. Account closure requests submitted under responsible gaming grounds (e.g., self-exclusion) will be actioned with priority.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 988wan currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), and Meezan Bank. Supported methods may be updated from time to time at the Operator's discretion.
5.2 Deposits. Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your 988wan account balance in real time upon confirmation. Bank transfer deposits via HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank are subject to standard banking processing times. 988wan does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
5.3 Minimum and Maximum Transactions. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your account cashier. These limits may vary by payment method and are subject to change. Players who have not completed identity verification may be subject to lower transaction limits.
5.4 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed by 988wan within one (1) to three (3) business days of the request being submitted, subject to completion of any applicable verification requirements. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. 988wan reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
5.5 Own Funds. You may only deposit funds that belong to you and that have been obtained by lawful means. You must not deposit funds on behalf of any third party. 988wan complies with anti-money laundering obligations and reserves the right to conduct source-of-funds checks where warranted.
Withdrawal Reminder: Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility is attained. Real-money deposits are not subject to wagering requirements and may be withdrawn at any time, subject to standard verification and processing procedures.
6.1 Placement of Bets. All bets placed on the 988wan platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand and accept all applicable rules for that market. Bets are accepted at 988wan's absolute discretion.
6.2 Bet Confirmation. A bet is only confirmed and binding once you have received an on-screen confirmation and the corresponding amount has been deducted from your account balance. 988wan is not responsible for bets that fail to register due to connectivity issues on your end.
6.3 Errors and Palpable Mistakes. 988wan reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were posted in error, including but not limited to obvious pricing mistakes (commonly referred to as "palpable errors"). Where a bet is voided under this provision, the staked amount will be returned to the player's account balance.
6.4 Cricket Betting. All cricket markets on 988wan — including PSL, international T20, ODI, and Test match markets — are governed by the cricket betting rules published within the Platform's help section. In-play bets are subject to the prevailing odds at the time of placement; delayed live stream data does not entitle a player to exploit any discrepancy between on-screen visuals and actual match state.
6.5 Maximum Winnings. 988wan applies maximum winnings caps per event and per day. Details of applicable limits are displayed within the betting interface. The Operator reserves the right to restrict the maximum stake or winnings available to any player at its discretion, including without prior notice, where fraud or irregular betting patterns are suspected.
6.6 Disconnections. 7.1 General Bonus Terms. 7.2 Wagering Requirements. Activities including but not limited to placing low-risk hedging bets to satisfy wagering requirements, creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, or participating in coordinated bonus exploitation will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
7.5 Discretionary Offers. 988wan reserves the right to offer personalised bonuses to individual players and to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at its discretion, including where a promotion has been published in error or is subject to misuse.

10.4 Nothing in these Terms limits 988wan's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

13.1 Termination by 988wan. 13.2 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account, all pending bonus balances will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to your registered payment method, net of any amounts owed to 988wan. Where termination is a result of confirmed fraudulent activity or material breach of these Terms, 988wan reserves the right to retain account funds as compensation for demonstrated losses or administrative costs.
13.3 Survival. Clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, prohibited conduct, and governing law will survive termination of these Terms regardless of the reason for termination.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its gaming licence.
